Departure after breakfast when you wish from your hotel, or apartment in Sofia. Our driver will meet you at the reception in the hotel, or at your apartment. It takes 2 hours to get to the Rila Monastery. In the Monastery you can see: The Church “Birth of the Holly Virgin”, the coffin of Tsar Boris III, The Monastery Kitchen /called Magernitsa/, Hrelyo’s defence tower, Transfiguration Chapel, The Museum. Visit to Saint Yoan’s Cave /possible only in good weather. On the way to Sandanski you can stop for a home made honey-test. In Sandanski you can see the resort for 15-30 min. The town is recreation centre fomouse with mineral hot water. From Sandanski we go to Melnik and Rojen monastery, 40 min. driving….After 2 hrs driving from Sandanski you are back in Sofia in your hotel.
